Information LALLY handles
This can include account details, company information, people and project contacts, jobs, schedules, estimates, budgets, costs, invoices, selections, documents, photos, messages, approvals, and support information entered by authorized users.
How information is used
LALLY uses this information to operate the workspace, secure access, present job and company workflows, provide requested support, process subscriptions, improve reliability, and perform enabled assistant functions.
Service providers
LALLY uses infrastructure and payment providers, including Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe. Other connected services are used only when enabled for a company. Providers process information under their own terms and security programs.
Al and assisted features
Al receives only the context permitted for the enabled workflow. Suggestions do not replace contractor review, and consequential actions remain review-first. Do not enter information you are not authorized to process.
Retention and requests
Records are retained as needed to operate the service, protect audit history, meet contractual obligations, and resolve disputes. Company owners may request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or closing their workspace through the support channel supplied during onboarding.
