LALLY provides construction-operations software for authorized company users. Beta features may change, be limited, or require separate provider activation. LALLY is not a general ledger, bank, law firm, insurer, or licensed construction professional.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, authorized access, accurate records, required permissions and notices, and reviewing project, client, trade-partner, compliance, tax, legal, and financial information before acting on it.
Trial and subscription
Eligible new companies receive a 30-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the contractor plan continues at $179 per month through Stripe. Returning accounts are not eligible for repeated free trials. The company owner can manage or cancel billing from the workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use LALLY to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious material, misrepresent identity or authority, or transmit information you are not permitted to process.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided on an evolving basis. Keep independent copies of records required to operate your business. To the extent permitted by law, LALLY is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on unverified information, provider outages, or unauthorized account use.
